There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Vezey moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB474(JUD) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Representative Mackie objected. The question being: Shall CSHB 474(JUD) be advanced to third reading on the same day?
